 Spaulding Consultants is a small group of consultants with extensive experience in the regulatory aspects of hydroelectric developments, dam safety, and geotechnical design of water resource structures. Our goal is to work with owners as individual consultants and to assist in the management of regulatory processes and the evaluation of the safety of their dams. In the role of geotechnical design we offer specialized experience in support of other design professionals in the area of water resource design. |
